Story is the heart of my coaching practice, and that begins with a simple analytic tool to help both my client and I understand the challenges they face, and where the work they need to do lies; in either Awareness, Reaction or Commitment.
As an actor, I learned a little too late that great acting is never about pretending, but revealing and disclosing genuine emotion. The work I do is about helping people be the authentic best they can be.

I'm happy working with groups of any size, but recognize that the best results come when you have meaningful contact with each individual in that group. If the luxury of 1:1 coaching is not an option, I work best with groups of 6-12 participants.
However I regularly engage with groups of 100+, and available to deliver sessions either based on your agenda or my own input - or a combination of both.
I've been designing and writing Business Simulations since 2007. I specialise in simulations which combine table-top activities with immersive behavioural testing. This is provided by professional actors who populate the sim world, following unique arcs through the experience based on the specific choices and actions of each participant.
I've delivered simulations for organisations in most sectors. including Banking, Energy, Insurance, Recruitment, and Pharma.

Theories on narrative structure have interested me since I was a film undergraduate. So when it was time for me to develop my own model of practice as a coach, it was probably inevitable that my approach would be based around the power of story and archetype.
I offer workshops on storytelling structure and techniques for groups of any size, including 90 minute sessions for groups of 100+.
But the power of story is double edged. So in my work with individuals and smaller groups I seek to understand the stories that have shaped their sense of self, and help them to re-frame these narratives to serve their life and career objectives better.
Often the biggest leaps in individual and team performance happen when the pressures of the day job are forgotten.
